Group bookings info:

We are a family friendly quiet site. We regret that we strictly do not cater to unaccompanied youths, groups of singles or young couples, stag or hen dos, weddings, or adult birthday parties

Note also that we do not accept any number of unaccompanied youths – nor parties that are mainly youths with a minority adult presence. This includes day visitors.

Family group bookings are limited to the a maximum of 3 tents/caravans/campervans.

All family group bookings must be agreed at the time of booking and all relevant information must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Please note there is no margin for flexibility in the maximum number which applies equally to all guests, including where guests have stayed with us before and exceeded the maximum limit, including where explicit permission has been given at the time.

Where it should very unfortunately become evident that parties are booking or arriving with the intention of gathering with numbers greater than the permitted maximum, those bookings will be withdrawn (without refund of any balances paid or credit applied). Associated parties might regrettably also then see withdrawal of the right to camp with us subsequently.

Automatic Entrance Barrier:

The security barrier code will be provided at check in. Under no circumstances should the code be shared with any other persons including visitors/family/friends.  Anyone found to be giving the access code out will be asked to leave the park immediately.

Electric Car Charging

We do not provide facilities for charging of cars or bikes. Under no circumstances should electric vehicles/bikes be plugged into the electric hook up points for pitches.

Barbeques

If using disposable barbecues, please raise them off the ground to prevent the burning of the grass. Bricks are located at the toilet block for borrowing.
